Vocational Rehabilitation services provide an array of job coaching support based on individual client’s employment goal.

RIS (Rehabilitative Instructional Services)

Rehabilitative Instructional Services provide support to Vocational Rehabilitation Clients with individualized goals and offers support in functioning more independently in the workplace, home, and community.

JDR (Job Development and Retention)

Job Development & Retention provides assistance to Vocational Rehabilitation Clients, who are individuals with a disability, in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment in integrated work environments consistent with the VR Client’s selected vocational goal, abilities, capabilities, interests, and informed choice. This service is performed most often at the client’s place of work, but vocational skills can be worked on in a “facility based” setting (H.O.P.E. Group Office).

Career Exploration

Career Exploration and Supported Education services provide assistance to Vocational Rehabilitation Clients as they learn about the potential career paths. These services are intended to assist them in achieving their educational and employment goals that will ultimately lead toward successful employment.
