Focused Behavior Treatment: Severe and Complex Behavior

This specialized program provides services to individuals who display severe destructive behavior that poses a significant risk to self, others or the environment. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) use behavior analytic assessment and treatment procedures to produce the best possible outcomes for our clients. Clients are assessed via functional analysis to identify the maintaining function of problem behavior. Community Empowerment and Transition Services

HOPE Group offers an array of family support services including services for adults as well as young adults transitioning to adulthood. Habilitation and Respite

Habilitation is a service through the Division of Developmental Disabilities designed to maximize independence skills for individuals with autism and other related disabilities. Whereas Respite serves as a temporary relief care service for the families of individuals with autism and other related disabilities.  For eligibility information please contact DDD, here.
The Division of Developmental Disabilities Habilitation & Respite services are considered basic life skill and support services. Employees providing these services are trained on the general application of learning theory principles in an effort to improve socially appropriate behaviors. However, in accordance to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®), these services do not meet the practice guidelines in for behavior analysis and therefore can not be considered applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. To enroll in an ABA program under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) please click here to contact the office for availability.  

HOPE Group is a qualified vendor through the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Services include habilitation, respite and early childhood autism specialized (formally, Intensive Behavior Therapy: Habilitation Behavioral-Masters (HBM) and Habilitation Behavioral-Bachelors (HBB).)
